The role
What you will do
- Plan and deliver 1-to-1 or small-group Fizik lessons aligned to the KPM syllabus for Tingkatan 4-5 (SPM Fizik 4531) and Tingkatan 6 (STPM Physics, 3-semester modular).
- Build deep conceptual grounding in mechanics, thermodynamics, electricity, magnetism, waves and modern physics (quantum/nuclear), with real understanding that goes past formula memorisation.
- Drill structured and free-response questions for SPM, STPM, IB Physics SL/HL, IGCSE Physics and Cambridge A-Level Physics, with strong exam technique on units, derivations and graphs.
- Coach practical/eksperimen skills for SPM Paper 3 (Kertas 3) and STPM practical assessments: apparatus setup, error analysis, and marking-scheme-aware write-ups.
- Set past-year LPM and MPM papers, give clear written feedback, and update parents honestly after each topic or examination.
Who we are looking for
- A degree in Physics, Engineering or a related science field.
- IPG-trained tutors and ex-KPM Fizik teachers are strongly preferred.
- Deep command of the KPM Fizik syllabus (SPM 4531), STPM Physics modular structure, and Cambridge specifications (IB Physics SL/HL, IGCSE, A-Level) where relevant.
- Confident with practical/eksperimen Paper 3 technique, including apparatus, data analysis and error treatment.
- At least 1 year of tutoring or classroom teaching experience in Physics.
- Based in Malaysia and eligible to work here, reliable and genuinely good with students.
